- Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and on your location. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually ship in the next two business days. Please contact us by email for urgent orders. Customers will be notified if the item is not in stock, back-ordered, or a special-order item. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address. Rush Orders (Next day & 2nd Day) are available if in stock. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipments to arrive

| RETURN POLICY |
- We personally inspect and ship every single item to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. If the item is damaged or is not as described, we will exchange or refund your costs at no additional charges. Refund requests must be made within 24 hrs. of receiving merchandise. Returns received after 7 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Advertised merchandise is generally in stock. If an item is out of stock for unpredictable reasons, we will contact and refund the buyer immediately. |
